◆Thermal insulation construction method φ200＜pipe diameter＜Φ2000 horizontal pipeline 

The ceramic is fixed directly to the pipeline with a metal tape fixation Pipe diameter＞Φ2000 pipeline

◆Pipeline construction procedure：cleaning of pipelines from rust→ the first layer of the blanket→galvanized wire(strip)→the second layer of the blanket→ galvanized wire(strip) → a set of layers to the desired thicknesses→ galvanized sheet.

◆Project indicators:Inlet pressure：P1=4.3MPa, temperaturet1=430℃,pipeline length 5.9km

, Outlet pressure P2=3.8Mpa.

◆Requirement： The outlet temperature is not less than t2=390℃, the difference between the layer 

thermal insulation and the environment is less than 5℃. 

◆ Result: the project indicators have been achieved, the customer is satisfied.
