Ceramic fiber has the best insulation in the fouling of fire and high temperature.

1. Low thermal conductivity and negligible heat accumulation with a low mass of fibrous material.

2. Resistance to melts of non-ferrous metals.

3. The fiber is not wetted with liquid aluminum, zinc, magnesium and their alloys.

4. Has electrical insulating properties at temperatures above 1000C.

 Scope of application of products: 

1. Thermal insulation wool is used for EFFECTIVE and INEXPENSIVE protection of walls and arches of industrial furnaces (firing, heating and annular), thermal insulation of thermal units, transport trolleys and pipes, methodical furnaces. This material is also used as an insulator in the construction of blast furnaces, chimneys, generators, flues. Cotton wool made of ceramic fiber has shown its effectiveness in filling expansion joints of any thermal installations, cavities in refractory masonry, sealing shutters, windows and doors. Refractory cotton wool can be given any kind and shape. Therefore, it is often used as a raw material for the production of sealing inserts, brake pads, high-temperature filters, fireproof blankets and mats, a catalyst holder in gas cleaning.

2. It is used for the manufacture of paper, plates, vacuum-molded products, various types of textiles (ropes, cords, fabrics, etc.), in the production of sealing inserts by vacuum molding, in the production of crushed fiber used for thermal insulation backfills.

3. For additional insulation of vaults and walls of various types of furnaces.

4. For filling temperature seams of furnaces, gas burners and furnace trolleys.
