A modular block made of ceramic fiber acquires a certain density as a result of the bending and compression of a high-quality ceramic blanket produced by centrifugal force. The use of modules helps to simplify, as well as accelerate the construction of furnaces and increase the solidity of the whole lining, reduce the metal consumption of the lining structure. The methods of fastening ceramic modules and blocks are diverse.


The modular ceramic fiber blocks have a white color and precise dimensions. The blocks can be directly attached to the steel sheet of industrial furnaces with the help of fixing nails, have excellent refractory and thermal insulation effects. The use of ceramic modular blocks significantly increases the level of thermal insulation of industrial furnaces.
